Onsite Registration Admin Fee: Registration on the day of the event will incur an onsite registration admin fee.
Refund Policy: Cancellation made prior to April 20, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made on or after April 20, 2026 are non-refundable.
Shuttle Information: Parking at the Grundfos facility is VERY limited. We strongly encourage attendees to use the complimentary shuttle service between the Katy Mills hotels and the venue.
