Technical Meeting Convention

The IAPMO Technical Meeting Convention will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 16. This meeting is open to all IAPMO registrants (member or non-member), co-located registrants, or anyone who registers for the Technical Convention Meeting only — which is available for free until May 19. If you wish to vote at this meeting, you must be an IAPMO Individual, Life, Senior or Organizational* member in good standing for at least 365 days prior to September 16. 

*Organizational memberships have one vote, that can be cast by the main representative.

What your Registration Type Gets You

This year, IAPMO, ASSE, and ARCSA are co-locating their annual conferences, offering multiple registration options to suit your needs.

• Individual Registrations for IAPMO (Sept. 14-18), ASSE (Sept. 17-19), and ARCSA (Sept. 17-18) grant access to the respective organization's meetings and events only. Please refer to individual schedules for details. These registrations do not include access to other organizations events, meetings, or education sessions.
• Co-Located Registration provides full access to all events and meetings September 15-19 (Monday — Friday) across all three organizations.
• Day Passes are available for purchase, granting access to all events on the selected day. 
• Companion Passes are available — please see below for specific details.

Please Note: The IAPMO Roscoe King Memorial Golf Tournament (Sunday, Sept. 14) and the ARCSA Rainwater Harvesting Recertification Workshop (Monday, Sept.15) are not included in any registration and require separate ticket purchases.

Companion Registration

Each full registrant is eligible to purchase one companion pass, which grants access to select conference events and activities based on the registration type. Companion passes are available for IAPMO-Only, ASSE-Only, ARCSA-Only, or Co-Located registration.

• IAPMO-Only Companion Pass: Includes access to all IAPMO events, the Companion Luncheon and Chair Yoga on Monday, Sept. 15, the Companion Outing on Sept. 16, and the Companion Program at the hotel on Sept. 17.
• ASSE-Only Companion Pass: Grants access to ASSE events and the Companion Program at the hotel on Sept. 17.
• ARCSA-Only Companion Pass: Includes access to ARCSA events and the Companion Program at the hotel on Sept. 17.
• Co-Located Companion Pass: Provides access to all events and companion activities, including the Luncheon on Monday, Sept. 15, the Companion Outing on Sept.16, and the Companion Program at the hotel on Sept. 17.

Please note: Companion passes do not include access to the Roscoe King Memorial Golf Tournament or the ARCSA Rainwater Harvesting Recertification Workshop, as these are separately ticketed events.

Event Access

• Sunday, Sept. 14: The IAPMO Roscoe King Memorial Golf Tournament is a separately ticketed event but open to anyone (first come, first served), regardless of registration status or type.
• Monday, Sept. 15: The IAPMO Welcome Dinner is open to IAPMO-Only registrants, IAPMO-Only companions, co-located registrants, co-located companions, and Monday day pass holders.
• Tuesday,Sept. 16: The IAPMO Technical Convention Meeting is open to all attendees; however, only IAPMO members in good standing with an IAPMO-Only member registration, co-located member registration, or a Technical Meeting Convention free registration may vote.
• Tuesday, Sept. 16: The ARCSA Open House Networking Event is open to all registrants, offering an opportunity to learn more about ARCSA.
• Wednesday, Sept. 17: The Joint Outing at the Palm Springs Air Museum is open to all registration types and Wednesday day pass holders.
• Friday, Sept. 19: The ASSE Closing Celebration is open to ASSE-Only registrants, ASSE-Only companions, co-located registrants, and co-located companions.
